Jim is Chairman of SEEDA, the South East of England Development Agency. He is also chairman of SEAL Ltd, an environmental company based in Burgess Hill which is the leading water testing company in the UK. Jim was recently made director at the Environment Agency. He was awarded the CBE for services to the Sussex economy in 2001.

Chief Executive Officer : Edward Brown
Ted was COO of Rentokil Initial, responsible for over 100 businesses operating across 44 countries. With his business network, especially across the services sector, and long experience in Regulatory Affairs and Government departments, Ted ensures the evolution of Morgan Everett from an invention led business into a mainstream waste management player.

Chief Operating Officer : Sue Clarke
Sue has led various R&D and manufacturing businesses across her 30 year career in close partnership with her inventor husband, Howard Clarke. She is responsible for the day to day running of the company and leads the Regulatory Affairs side of the business.

Technical Director : Howard Clarke
Howard is the inventor and inspiration behind the entire PyroPure® technology project. A chartered electronics engineer, he leads a 12 man R&D team perfecting the technology and building prototypes for field testing and pre-production.

Sales & Marketing Manager : Julian Entwistle
Julian, an Oxford University graduate, has over 15 years management experience in marketing, sales, business development, strategy, and projects. He has a blue chip financial and manufacturing background including Astra Zeneca and Lloyds TSB. He has considerable international experience and has developed and implemented business plans for several new ventures. He began his career with 5 years in R&D management and his qualifications include an MBA and PhD.

Finance Director : Andrew Rowland, FCA, CTA
Andrew Rowland was formerly Deputy Managing and Commercial Director of Computing Devices, an aerospace design and manufacturing company. In 1985, Andrew acquired the company with four colleagues and private equity financing led by 3i. When Andrew left the company in 1991, he had grown sales to £35 million from £1m in 1981. Andrew's current directorships include Synermed Europe Ltd, SEAL Analytical Ltd, Exam on Demand, Red Rabbit IT and Sabre Telecommunications Ltd.

Operations Director : Iain Campbell
Iain Campbell graduated from the University of Paisley and has worked in Manufacturing, Operations and Consultancy for the past 15 years. Iain brings experience from World Class manufacturing organisations such as NCR, Selex and Thermo Electron. His role ensures process and operational excellence to take Morgan Everett's technologies to the customer.
