PyroPure® Technology - Pure in name, Pure in nature

PyroPure® is the core patented technology at the heart of every different Morgan AutoBin® within our range. Because it destroys most municipal waste streams at source, PyroPure® has three main advantages compared to any other waste management system :

  1. It's cheaper because it removes the expense of any waste collection and transportation charges. In addition, the spiraling gate fees and penalties of landfill waste disposal are avoided.
  2. It's better for the environment as waste that would otherwise be destined for methane-emitting landfill is now diverted at source (methane's greenhouse effect is 20x worse than carbon dioxide). In addition, all the carbon dioxide of waste transportation is eliminated.
  3. It has major hygiene advantages as the waste is destroyed immediately and is not left to rot and smell. This is especially important in the hot summer months with reduced waste collection frequency or with certain "special waste" such as nappies or incontinence pads.

Introducing the PyroPureŽ system - The Headlines

  • Three stage destruction of waste (controlled pyrolysis; heated air injection; steam flush and sterilization). Cycle fully completed within 45 - 90 minutes depending on volume of waste.
  • Sealed process so zero emissions on site
  • Off gas filtered via water scrubbing and catalytic conversion
  • Inert ash and "clean" gas residue flushed down the sewage system during final steam injection stage
  • Glass and metal, inadvertently put into the system, is not destroyed so can be reclaimed for recycling having gone through the process
  • Low electricity and water usage ("grey water" use should be possible in some applications)
  • Simple "plug in" installation (just connect to electricity, cold water, sewage system)
  • Energy recovery should be possible in some applications
