For Houses
Morgan Everett has concentrated its development programme on larger machines designed for large volume waste producers. However, prototypes can be developed which will be compact enough for domestic use i.e. no bigger than current standard white goods.
Empowering the individual householder to have their very own waste management system offers numerous potential benefits :
- Reduce household bills
- Reduce waste collection charges : This will be particularly important when waste management charges are separately levied on a variable per household basis rather than included at a flat rate within council tax. This legislation change looks imminent.
- Reduce domestic hot water bills : The Morgan AutoBin® produces free energy in the form of heat. It will be possible to recycle this heat into the domestic hot water system. Imagine a Morgan AutoBin® destroying the previous day's rubbish whilst producing enough heat for the family's showers the next morning !
- Unbeatable Green proposition
Morgan AutoBin® will be a source of on-site renewable energy and therefore help housebuilders meet new regulations.
Equally important, consumers are increasingly prepared to pay a premium for new technology that demonstrates their proactive approach towards reducing climate change.
- Transform hygiene and avoid messy material separation prior to recycling
Waste is destroyed immediately and does not need to wait for fortnightly collection (increasingly the norm across the UK !).This is particularly valuable to families with young children and nappy waste.
What's more, glass and metal are not destroyed in the process but automatically separated facilitating easier recycling for these items.
We welcome housebuilders or other potential partners to contact us for more information and to discuss reciprocal development projects.
